tried monday to take my free monthly withdrawal and was told i had to wait til the next day to do it and pay the $30 fee because on monday "all their spaces had been taken already"...anyone else run into this...it's not the $30 that matters but the principle that they clearly state on their homepage that you get 1 free withdrawal every month.

its normal QQ, i hear this all the time from ppl. whether they're actually telling the truth or just not wanting to give the free payout is for another debate. i usually just take the E-**** option and pay the $25 that way i dont gotta worry about requesting it at certain times on certain daysComment -
