States where online gambling is illegal?

Can someone list the states where it is illegal for online gambling? I believe my state has laws on the books about online gambling but the law isn't very clear tho. also if i choose to wager do i have to worry about getting my bank account seized or froze? As of today no one in my state has ever been prosecuted for online gambling under the current law, just wanna know the risk.

Washington is the only state that results in a felony case. Thats the only place I'd be worried about...

I dont think Maryland has a law per say, but virtually all the cases against sportsbooks and processors have originated out of the DOJ offices in NYC, MD, and MO.

The actual chances of placing a bet and being arrested for it are so slim that it's not even worth worrying about. All the focus is on the bookmakers not the clients.
