And, the verdict on PHOENIX is.....?
We all need an update on this issue that has been posted about Phoenix. After all, they were one of the best for years. So what's changed, or what is changing? For the worse or for the better?

Someone with some credibility, step up to the plate?

FWIW, I know of someone who has been getting regular payouts P2P for a max of $850 a week.

Usually a control number within 48 hours. Don't even bother requesting a Moneybookers payout.

The ewallets thing is still an issue and the book is in debt. They owe about 30k to ewalleters. There are two players with six figure balances who weren't able to adjust with BetPhoenix status and are waiting on their payouts. If you look at the recent history you can see the trends. Phoenix has the ability to come up with cash and hopefully they will. But, the business plan hasn't worked and risk mgt has been poor.

This is what I among others have been telling for a long time now, the line management was slow and useless.
So they limited/kicked all ppl who get good lines, or took reduced juice away.
Iam not here to bash, but do you guys check stuff like line management when giving out high ratings?
It was never in doubt for me, the question was just when will it collapse.
You are lucky if they don't stiff people who trusted your B+ rating.

Had an account there when they threw some no deposit free plays my way, found it very ordinary to be honest so I just continued on with Betfair.

Unlikely, but what if one of those 6 figure players had build up their balance from a deposit of just $200? As in the deposit that SBR requires players to make when they apply for SBR Pro status. I don't mean to be a pain in the neck, but would really like to know how SBR would deal with a situation like that, since some of these recommended books may not look so good a year or two down the road. A $200 deposit is innocent enough, but it can grow into a large amount. Would SBR be accountable if such a perfect storm (small deposit into large amount, plus book going down the drain) would ever occur?
