and able to break US Law. That makes processing funds more expensive for them.

Oh crap! I am the dummy! I had no clue that some books offered FREE person2person payouts.

Please provide me with a well regarded/funded book that lets you withdraw for free? (other than by check which Heritage offers for free once a month).

I await your reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!

Im saying 1 free payout is nice per month but then to drill you for the amounts such as $70.00 is sportsbook rape. true noob. payouts are illegal therefore high fees cause of the risk. take the free paper payout once a month and dont be a dipsh*t with your money and hold your bankroll till the 1st of the next month. Problem solved.

Withdrawals are free at almost every book in the world with the exception of those which serve the US market

Well i don't know what OP's issue is here with them they give 1 free payout per month and $55 after that how is that a ripoff, looks pretty standard to me. I just started with them i like them so far.

well where I play that is a given, you just don't rank at all unless you get over that hurdle

to be A grade you also need:
very competitive odds
accept decent sized wagers without limiting
wide range of markets or be absolute market leader in one or more
and above all .. not use player funds to finance the business
