I submitted a withdrawal request on sportsbook.ag back on July 18th I believe and it was sent to the processor on the 31st of July. A representative told me that I would then receive it in 7-10 business days. Today is the 10th business day and I'm yet to receive it. It's been merely 4 weeks now. I know in the past after the withdrawal request was sent to the processor, I would receive it that day or the next. I have a feeling I'm getting scammed and need some guidance. I have been contacting them regularly but I get the general "4-6 week" response. Sometimes I'll get a different response. Is there anything SBR can do to help or has anyone received a payment from them? I would feel a little bit better knowing that I will get paid instead of losing the withdrawal. Any information is greatly appreciated.

#4I am (sadly) still using Sportsbook.ag as well. I've been with them about 8 years and have always gotten my payouts (albeit slower and slower).
It's just too easy to use them b/c both my ************ still work on the site. I had been on the wagon since the NFL playoffs, but one night the wine hit me a certain way and *bam* I'm back in. Happy though, because I'm up nearly 10k on baseball and Wimbledon.
Anyway, I have questions about how best to start withdrawing my money from Sportsbook - they denied my ************ If I can only withdraw $2500 at a time and it takes ******* 5 weeks to get each check, how am I ever going to get all my money out?
Any suggestions for ********? Can they tell me which ********* If I called and spoke to a manager might they waive the $2500 check withdrawal limit for me?Comment -

#5How long did it take you to get your withdrawal the last time you tried? I've been waiting 4 weeks now and haven't received it yet. It shows it was sent to the processor but still nothing.Comment -

#8I've used them in the past and I actually received my payments within 2 weeks. For some reason, as odd as this sounds, It seems like I have better luck with sportsbook always doing fairly well.

#11They said 4-6 weeks due to their processors. 6 weeks for me will be August 16th so we will see if they pay me by then. Hopefully they do, 4-6 weeks for a withdrawal isComment -

#17When a book says their payment processor is backed up and its going to take 4-6 weeks to process a withdrawal, then you need to find another book.
Occassionally, there could be real processor problems like BoDog experienced a while back when so many of their accounts got raided by the DOJ. All of a sudden the wait time for withdrawals went from 10 days to 4 months.
When a highly rated book blames withdrawal delays on processors, then its probably true. When a lower rated book does the same, it means they are trying to delay payouts in hopes the customer will just keep betting and change their mind about the withdrawal.
Think about it, why would it take 6 weeks to process your withdrawal? Even if they were hit with 1000 withdrawal requests all at the same time, it wouldn't take 6 weeks to process them.Comment -

#18Thats the thing though. For the first 2 weeks i could cancel the withdrawal and have the money credited back to my account. They sent the withdrawal to the processor so it's not even pending anymore and it's been like this since the 31st. My last withdrawal (before this current one) was in march and they gave me the same bs 4-6 week and i got it in roughly 2 weeks. Why are some people getting their payments in 2 weeks while others like myself and JohnnyD still waiting after nearly a month? I just want to make sure i get it even if i have to keep waiting.Comment -

#21Just an FYI, they've told me that for the past two weeks. They've also contradicted themselves by telling me that they are in communication with the processing team and then another representative told me that its an automated process and there is no way to find out where your withdrawal is, only that it is in a queue which they cant tell you where abouts in the queue you are. It sounds extremely shady.Comment -

#23I'd file a complaint on here and I would keep bugging them everyday. I bug them everyday so they know I wont go away. There are members that claim to have received their withdrawal in 2 weeks yet it is taking us 4-6+ weeks? It's unacceptable. Maybe it depends on amount and location? I dont know. Where are you from if you dont mind me asking.Comment -

#26I got over paid $4k via Moneybookers within 48 hours about 3 or 4 weeks ago. So I'd guess there may really be a processor issue for US customers, particularly because I actually submitted for a wire payment, and then the money just showed up in my Moneybookers.Comment -

#29I've used them before as well and was happy with their service but I'm guessing they did change ownership. I think something is seriously wrong and I question the integrity of the site now. Johnny D i think there is a good chance we may not get our payments. We need to keep bugging them repeatedly and requesting assistance from SBR to crack down on these frauds.Comment -

#33I'm from the US as well. They claim that one of their processors went down and that's the reason for this delay. I asked why they wouldnt just send my withdraw to another one of their working processors and they started to stutter. There is a bigger issue that we are not being made aware of and it's completely unacceptable.Comment -

#35Wow panties in a bunch. Im not here to defend them. I have been a watcher on this board and member for 3 years. What i meant by honest is the people who scheme with bonus and such. This is about payouts and i said i requested a payout this sm and received it on the money card by this afternoon. Yes im in the us and have been with sb since 2003. I personally have never had a problem.Comment
