BET365 needless security (at times)

I'm on their LIVE CHAT because I couldn't find a PREMIER LEAGUE future, I wanted to check their price for it. Why the hell do they need to know my username, security code and confirm my email address when it's a generic question regarding there web site? It has NOTHING to do with my account and theoretically isn't me confirming my security details for no reason over chat technically more of a risk?

I'm all for security but this needless level is annoying.

Due to the fact that this is a discussion forum regarding sportsbooks from serious issues all the way down to the most trivial. Hence why I posted on this board. I am just giving out about the stupid security measures at Bet365 that don't make any sense.
