Depending on the bet type - there are obviously places that have live betting. However closing out a "correct score" is probably not something that any live-in-game-betting place will do... except for an exchange.

look at williamhill or Unibet. For correct score there might be ways to hedge using U/O markets.

You wouldn't close the bet, but you could hedge out with a live bet. Say you got the rams vs. raiders at +120 beforehand, and then they score a touchdown and the live action goes to +120 for the raiders. You could bet that and close out your position.
