I didn't Lodge a complaint with IBAS yet,I will do it in the next few days.

Centrebet continually say that everything OK with this bet.
I got this email from supervisor:

Hello Alex,

Thank you for your email.

Your query has been forwarded to the CentreBet head bookmaker who has
determined that your bet was placed correctly and will stand as is. The
explanation that you were previously provided still holds true:

This bet was accepted by our live trader in the normal course of
business. Our traders do not process bets based upon what has happened
in the game and there was no undue delay in processing this bet. It is a
normal feature of live betting that the game continues while bets are
placed and processed, this is in the nature of the product and obviously
beyond our control.

Furthermore, Centrebet is not permitted to cancel bets except in the
case of clear error. In this case you did not contact us via live chat
until more than 30 minutes after the bet was placed, and after Benfica
had scored another goal. If this was a case of error we would expect
that you would have contacted us immediately. We do not believe that
there was any error regarding this bet.

In the circumstances we are unable to cancel this bet.

We hope that we have answered your query. We know consider this matter
resolved.
