Buy the gift card with your CC in the cashier. No need to go out and buy one. Worked for me!

Why are we so secretive about this? Do we really think that if somebody found this board... they couldn't figure out how to join a sportsbook and ask the sportsbook this question themselves? We act like the gov't has no idea, but they probably know more then anyone on this board does.

OP-- get a v!sa G2G card from walgreens. also it doesnt matter if it says "cannot be used for gaming"...they all say that lol. just make sure like u said dont get one that says "valid only in the US"

i've seen pre-denominated $30 and $50 and on rare occasions i've seen some that let you add any amount between 25 and 500

At CVS you can get ones that you can load from $50 to $500. Be sure to look at the card in the picture of the package you buy and see if in the bottom left on the card it says valid only in the U.S.. Make sure not to get that one.

CVS ONLY carries domestic cards, i.e. theyre worthless

I have to disagree seeing how I've gotten a card there about 20 times and used them. Maybe it's different where you live.

hmmm i apologize then. but i've been to 3 different CVS's in louisiana and they only have the vanilla v!sa cards. walgreens was the only place i could find them at so far.

There are 2 types of Vanilla V!sas one is Domestic and one is international. You have to look on the packaging of the card to see, usually majority are US only, but you can usually find a row that allow international use. Also there is the Bill Pay card at CVS that will work at books if you need it, not sure if you have it in Louisiana though.

Most places don't even take cc anymore so even if you buy a gift card it will be hard to use.

so this weekend I was trying to find a proper deposit method using a money card/prepaid and literally went through about 4 cards and $10 in fees in getting them only for all the cards to get turned down

brands: walmart money card (GE capital) -doesnt work
vanilla gift card (bankcorp)- doesnt work
green dot money card (synovus)- doesnt work *worked at intertops only*
"major comapanies" prepaid (bankcorp) - didnt work.

bookmakers tried at : Heritage sports, 5dimes, bovada.lv, and finally yes Intertops (*green dot card worked after multiple attempts)

cards that do work at all the above bookmakers is :Net-spend (MetaBank) I will be using this card from now on for my deposits you can go to the website and find a reseller. I got mine at a cash advance location and the initial activation fee ranges from $0-$4.95 but on average you can find them for $3 activation. good luck!
