BetClic wrong decision on Lillestroem x Sarpsborg 2011-08-07?

Hi Guys,

I've placed a bet today on BetClic for $50 @ 2.35 that I should have won but BetClic decided it a loser!

Bet details:
Football, Norwegian Tippeligaen
Lillestroem - Sarpsborg
Total Goals Line 3: 4 or more goals

BetClick Result: 0-3 goals

The actual result of the game was 3-1, so this bet should be a winner!

Of course I already mailed them but so far no answer.

Did this ever happened to any of you and was it solved correctly?

All good now... they never replied to my complain but did fix their mistake.
I was just wondering if this ever happened to any of you... and which bookies did such mistakes.
