Sorry about your loss. These streaks do happen even though it is extremely unlikely. This reminds me of beted casino.

This said.. Heritage does have the power to deactivate accounts so maybe they can do that for you. They did it to my Bethorizon account anyway and I am assuming that Heritage runs on the same software.

You lose 11 out of 16 hands while doing things like surrendering with a 6 and standing on 15s with an Ace showing and think its rigged?

Next time learn your basic strategy a little better, and try not jumping from $5 bets to $100 bets after you lose a couple. Until then, yeah I'd block my casino access too if I played like you.

If you look at the order of the cards, I would have busted anyway.

Reason I switched up from $5 to my regular casino bets is because I was ready to place my bets for the phillies game tonight and only wanted to keep $200 for small casino play for shits and giggles. I was trying out the software too.

It's not impossible. I've lost that many hands before, but not beacause the dealer is always getting a two carded 17-21.

Same BJ as SBR casino. Comes with different settings. I commented on these settings at Heritage before, because practice mode was easy to beat, which created the delusion that real mode would be the same. They changed that. From my little experience I would say that SBR has a setting much more favorable to the house than Heritage. The program is very predictable, but can't be beaten.

look at the good side. You can ask for a 20% casino loss bonus that will be added as a freeplay on 9-1. Request it then.
