So I pretty much lost my entire balance at 5dimes several months back. Or so I thought LOL.. Checked my account today and saw this still pending:

The problem will be fixed within minutes if a manager is available. This is obviously an error they're not aware of.

Been with 5 dimes about 3 weeks now. By far the best book I have used. A couple of glitches here or there, but nothing serious. Can't beat the wagering options, point buying system, early lines, etc. Would highly recommend.

You're tricked into thinking you're a smart shopper by getting a specific teaser, out of a wide menu of available ones, including options like ties push and ties win. And you can even play open teasers now. Great for football. But there's a little snake in the grass. By adding a drop down menu for 'sensitive' spreads Tony takes the liberty of offering you any of those different lines for your teaser, even if that line is not the posted one across the books. For instance, I teased a 7 pt spread down to -0.5 (effectively pk, which is why Tony doesn't like it) at another book, that would have been teased to -1.5 at 5D. Ties push and ties win? lmao...

I just signed up at 5 Dimes and was going to deposit with Neteller but they show a max. $1000 deposit on the deposit page but they do not show any max anywhere on the website. Is that really the case? Can one make multiple deposits? What scares me more is they do not show a max. for deposits or withdrawals on the website. I am worried if I put in $2000 and then win anything, will I be able to get the money out without having to make 10 withdrawals at $15 a piece?

About withdrawals,

Payout limit via Neteller is 2500$ as I know. Unfortunately, there's 15$ fee for Neteller. I don't know why they charge it. But there's a way! 5Dimes is offering free payout once a month, every monday, between 9 AM - 1 PM. So you can withdraw 2500$ free once a month. If you make any other withdrawals, you have to pay 15$. But paying 15$ for 2500$ not so bad, specially when you think how much they charge when you like to withdraw via **/**!

Most horse racing sites have a $1 or $2 minimum. 5Dimes has a $.25 minimum on horse racing. You can bet any amount over that minimum. Does not have to be a whole dollar value. So $3.55 makes complete sense.

In addition, 5 dimes let's you wager right up to post time. Some sites take down the race 2-3 minutes before post. For these reasons, got to think 5 dimes has the best offshore racebook.

Well, they dont limit your Neteller withdrawal amount but they limit your bet size. My reduced juice limit is reduced to 250$. I'm expecting 5Dimes to cut off my limit to 50$ in the end of hockey season this year, lol

Generally I've noticed with almost all books racebook software (including SBR's) that if you have a wager that still isnt graded after the appropriate amount of time (and especially in OP's case) and justs sits as "pending" indefinitely, it's because the bet was either past posted or bet close enough to the actual "off" time that it's considered "no action". And instead of just refunding the bet they get "lost" by the software. I've had this happen to me many times because I like to wait to the last minute and see the closing odds. Worst case they'll refund you $3.55, or best case $3.55 + profit. Either way just live chat them and it'll be handled in minutes. Otherwise at this point it will never be graded

I like that .25 mininum wager on horse racing. I do think they have dime supers too I heard. That is a good reason why I would think about going with them when my pro status is up. I heard they are a good book from several people that hasn't had a problem.
