Anyone from betjam request payout yet through Heritage? I switched over with them and want to see how the process has been for people.

Heritage is solid and have been for a long time....
With that being said before this.... they were an old school mom & pop shop....as long as you didn't break the rules or abuse them to bad they let you taste the candy.
IMO I think they bit off a bit more than they can chew with this merger and they probably will be second guessing that decision for years to come!Comment -

Received a large payout to reduce my Greek/JM balance that was transferred. It was delayed a few days due to a clerical error but the matter was quickly resolved by a Heritage manager as professionally as possible.
Very good experience.
