Obviously many people have received payouts from BOL since their inception. (I received a payout from them a few months ago.) Do you honestly think if no one has ever been paid we wouldn't hear about it?

If you're suggesting that no one has received any payouts RECENTLY, that's slightly different, although also not very likely IMO.

I am going to make sure that no one ever deposits there until I have been paid fair and square. Then next year when they go over their marketing budget, they will be able to factor how much more they will need to market if they screw someone over. Obviously you won't be paid by BOL until the issue is resolved but to suggest that anyone else must be lying (post #71) if they did receive a payout is just plain silly.
