Pinnacle is not working for me the last 40 minutes. I wasn't logged in today, so I can't understand why they should block my IP.

worked for me all day.. and it can really be that it can have problems only for canadian users.. they have lot of servers and your DNS chooses which pinny server you get connected to...

Not only canadian users have this problem. Yesterday Pinnacle worked for me after one hour time-out. Now I can't log in. I always get back to the startpage.

We spoke with Pinnacle management regarding the site issues some of you have pointed out. We're told many updates are scheduled to be made over the next few months. While all of the major updates will be publicized ahead of time when there is lesser activity on the website, occasionally some minor updates are forced to be run during busier periods. Pinnacle tells us they usually squeeze in updates on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. These upgrades ultimately make the betting platform more stable and enjoyable for all.

Because many books are down...
And other books also make some updates but they do not work few hours only, but pinnacle have problems for much more time.

Lou, good to get some feedback from Pinnacle. But I hope this actual condition doesn't remain the next few months. The time-outs are mostly only a few minutes, but I have them a few times a day.

It is getting really frustrating and has been happening to me daily. I go to login and I keep getting redirected to the main page instead of actually logging in. Thinking it may have been my system I try on 3 different platforms and maybe after 5-20 login attempts I get in

Same problem here again. Also suffering from random log outs that seem to mostly happen after trying to confim a bet.

Is this on your phone? I have the same issue. What I do is close all existing pinnacle page and open a new one and type in manually the whole address (don't use the one in the memory) and then log in. This usually works.

I have the issue on my desktop, iphone, and ipad. I have talked to customer service to let them know there is an issue on their end with their server that I am accessing and the only reply i get is make sure your browser is updated and clean your cookies and cache....did what they said before they said it and that isn't the solution. Seems the problem just started happening in the past few weeks
