Free payouts take about 1 month think they do offer same day transfers but cost like $80 up to $800 or something silly

Slow payouts aren't that bad sometimes, it's the fastest payouts' places (not all) where you shouldn't bet too much.

Fast payouts mostly are related to budgeted books. The key is finding the whole package.

I HAVE MADE SEVERAL NEW deposits to SBR sponsored books and I still can't get my pro status? What is up??? I have submitted the application for justbet.com and BetOnline.com. Both were new deposits.

I can't play there so I think i can be unbiased. Pockets are deep so your money is safe. Once Alex took over the mgmt they turned it around. Good bonuses usually for the full juice players. You might ask them abt the rumor they would trot out a reduced package for football season? lol

Their linesmen offer some opinions during the day, but not as much as they used to. Pretty good limits bordering on pro limits. Alex will come in here occasionally to clear things up.

B+ shop for sure with a bullet.

I was critical of BOL for awhile but I have to admit that I now consider them to be a solid out with good betting options.

A small deposit would be a good option for you

My only complaint with BetOnline is they do not honor things that they tell you in regards to their 'Better Bonus Guarantee', which MAY be an indication of them honoring other things their support says.

I contacted them to see if JustBet's 100% Freeplay qualifed and was clearly told in an email(still have) that it DID qualify and that I simply needed to deposit and request the Freeplay.

I made the deposit and sent the request. They replied that it didn't meet the requirements and that I would only receive 50%, despite the fact that they had already confirmed that it DID qualify only ~48 hours previously. When I contacted them to dispute this they then said I would only receive a 30% Freeplay.

Basically, their support told me the offer did qualify per their T&C's and that I only needed to deposit. Once I made the deposit they said it only qualified for 50%. When I questioned them they then moved it to 30%.

I would have simply made the deposit to JustBet and had my SBR status moved to Pro. The fact that they specifically and clearly said the 100% Freeplay would be honored led me to deposit where I would have made the deposit to JustBet if I was told they would not honor it. Then not only did they say it wouldn't be honored, but they said I would receive 50% and when questioning that they changed their mind again and said I would only receive 30%.

Overall, I think they are a good book and if this issue gets resolved appropriately, I would say they are a great book. The fact that they clearly said I would receive the 100% Freeplay then refused to honor it when I followed their clear instructions leaves me wondering what else they may do in the future. Hopefully, they will realize that they should honor the bonus because their support had already confirmed that it did qualify.

With what we have left to choose from they are top 5, unfortunately that does not speak to how great they are but rather how screwed the industry is. if they irk out the slow pay issue and either just eliminate or right the ship on the bonuses they are worthy of serious play. Until then they are useful as an out but not near #1.

i had a special offer mailed to me. when i emailed about it, they refused to honor it because they said I wasnt on their list. I even emailed them a copy of the letter and the envelope addressed to me. they still refused.
I posted what happened on SBR and less than an hour later I got a call saying the mistake was fixed....

also, its always best to ask about a book BEFORE depositing. youve already done it, but for others, a little patience can go a long way.

Yea, I did a lot of research before making the deposit. That was the entire reason I sent the email to them asking if the JustBet Freeplay Bonus would qualify for BetOnline's 'Better Bonus Guarantee'. Since their support said it would be honored, I really had no reason not to believe them.

A Supervisor did call me over the issue, but he basically said that it doesn't meet the Terms and Conditions and that there was nothing I could do. I told him regardless of whether it met the Terms and Conditions, if someone emails support and is told by the Books own support that they will honor a Bonus, then there is no excuse then for them to not honor it when everything is followed according to what their support stated.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear anything will be done. I did inform them I would be bringing it to the attention of SBR and the Supervisor basically said to do that and they didn't really care. He said they are currently receiving thousands of sign-ups and made it sound like they could really care less what I thought just because they were receiving thousands of sign-ups right now.

Very frustrating and hopefully the issue will get worked out but it really looks like they are just not worried about it at all and could care less.

The most frustrating thing is that if they would have simply told me they wouldn't have honored it from the start, I could have made the deposit to JustBet and received the 100% Freeplay AND upgraded to SBR pro already.

I just got my pro status... Doing good on betonline... love the action.. .but then again, I'm comparing it to wagerweb which is who I was with before! LOL

Btw, now that I'm a pro, what do I need to know? I"m pretty new to this site so what can I do now that I'm pro?

Good enough book. They made a little change in direction since last year, and probably are more solid as a result. One of two remaining books for US players that aren't run by complete assholes. The other being Heritage.

I put 1000 on to betonline... lost it immediately, sent in another 925 and now I've got it up to over 12 grand in about a week. I sure hope they pay, b/c I'm about to start requesting payouts weekly!

But as for my original question for the thread, I think betonline is a VERY good book. I love how much live betting options they have... I've made about 5 grand the last week in live betting alone just by jumping on lines that are too good to be true.

If not your main book, you should definitely keep them in the rotation. Last season for nba, nfl, soccer and maybe even hockey they had some pretty great promotions. They had specific promos for the different sports that saved me.. They had this one promotion that they called "mulligan bet" and you would get your stake back as a freeplay. It was only good for one time but it all helps. Right now I think you get your stake back as a freeplay if you bet the over and a soccer match ends in 0-0. Maybe not as good as heritage's "get out of your bet at half time", but they are doing some great things. T

This may not be 'the best book ever!' but I was stuck using wagerweb the last few years.

Betonline is 100 times better than wagerweb, so I'll stick with it until they give me a reason not to! Thanks for the tips on promotions.

I use both Betonline & EZ Street, they both have very good promos, they both have paid me on a timely basis.

I would give a slight edge to EZ simply because Cash bonuses the free payouts every Tuesday.

Kerry......I didn't like WagerWeb either! EVERY time I called them I got the run around.

They are slowing payouts in the summer but who doesnt before football comes to town. Other than that, a solid book IMO, has good lines on soccer too, which is unusual for an US-facing book
