I understand all the illegal aspects of it in the us. But what gives them the right to seize domain names and seize bank accts in other countries. Do they rule the whole world. If some1 goes to mexico and buys a prescription US drug thats not in mexico uses it in mexico why dont they arrest the person when they come back into us and seize the store that sold it. Just dont get it
