Legends sportsbook experiences

Not sure if its just bad timing but initial impression of Legends is not impressive. Granted BJ probably spoiled me but customer service seems slow to respond. Another slight irritant is that the one email response I was able to get was marked "Priority LOW". Way to welcome someone trying to open an account.

Anyone have any recent insights?

You should try live chat. You mentioned that BJ was good.. Well, Betjamaica's live chat was non-existant. If you try Legends, you are probably gonna have your mind blown. They actually respond and do not take 15 minutes between replies.

In my experience (granted it is from a while ago) they answer e-mails within reasonable time like other books.

Thanks for the input. Will try them for a small amount, just initially unimpressed. Was expecting emails to be responded to at least the same day.

Yeah, for NFL and College Football they are great. If you mean soccer, well they do not have that many lines.

Great book for bonuses, but the lack of lines to bet on needs to be improved, I have requested a a four figure withdrawal of some funds to moneybookers, which a genuine A+ book can do in a few hours. Four days later and although I have had an email confirming receipt of the request, (listing it as low priority) it still has not been actioned in 'my account' section as pending or anything else, the limits of a maximum $1k a week withdraw to moneybookers and the deliberate very slow pay is not what is expected from what is supposed to be a top notch book.
If Pinnacle can pay in minutes and even Jazette books pay in 24 hours without a problem then Legends need to get its act together..........very poor performance regarding payouts so far.

My personal experience with legends has been so-so. I do not know what constitutes an A rating, but it must be very relaxed.
The problem with legends that I have experienced are:
1. Lines are very late in getting posted.They are not a true 24 hour sports book.
2. It seems to cost more per line to play here.
3. They do not allow half time betting with the WBNA.
4. Webpage is difficult to manipulate compared to other books.
5. I have not requested any pay outs, so the verdict is out on that experience.
5. Customer service is pretty much like any other book I have experienced, sometimes good, sometimes not so good.
6. I will be looking for a new book when football starts.
7. MAGNYUCK-hit it on the head when he stated that it was vanilla.

Most sports are $500 bet maximum, but NFL/NCAA, MLB & NHL have $1000 limits.

if you play at Legends it is for the bonuses, fast payouts, and the customer service. Their lines can be beat anywhere. I use them occasionally for another out. They always pay me very fast!

Lines suck, customer service is good if you call them, and you'l get paid. If you're completely recreational they should be one of your best options considering there really arn't any good options anymore...

I just signed up and went in to Live Chat to ask about bonuses. It took almost 3 minutes to get a reply. There was no "please hold while I find that out".

Then, I asked how to deposit using a certain method and 5 minutes goes by without an answer. When I get an answer I get a list of options on depositing.

I finally exited Live Chat. I'll give them a call and will report back.

I checked their line on the Orlando/Atlanta game and they are offering +4 1/2 for Atlanta when most other books are at +4.

I just called betDSI and was blown away by their Customer Service. I think I'll go with them for now.

had to wait 15 days for my express payout,did not get tracking

had to call twice for payout info but did get paid,something is not on track over there been coming on sportsbook review since the beginning and never heard of theses slow pays,i hope sombody big over there can staighten out this there rep is riding on these slow pays,found another person on differnt site that has been waiting for three weeks with no response.

Vanilla... but safe. Not a good out for seasoned players who are more interested in good lines than anything else. But again, they are one of the safe books and been around long enough to prove it.
