That is pretty pathetic becasue they are handling it like they found out yesterday. What a bunch of bull shit. I think I might close all of three of my Heritage accounts after this.

Call BS on this. It did have to be in the works for quite a while to handle that amount of transfer, but not that long.

I can't imagine many of the books that currently bailed had plans to do so prior to the poker indictments in mid-April. Think about how many books left the US market between the passage of the UIGEA and the poker indictments, say, between Apr 2007 (6 months post UIGEA) and Apr 2011. A handful did but not very many, and now in the past three months they're dropping like flies.
