A lot of sites share networks , they ain't cheap.

Still do not have enough traffic either.

The books all just farm the poker out for the most part. Even Pinny was part of someone elses room. Sportsbook is part of carbon i believe and bmaker and dimes are tru.

Yes b/c they are the same. The chat operator made a mistake and thought i was 5dimes instead of bookmaker.

The bigger poker sites like Pokerstars and FTP (pre-Black Friday obv) stand alone. The smaller sites and poker rooms you can access via sportsbooks are all connected via different networks in order to have a bigger player pool to facilitate more games running, bigger tourneys, etc.
