Are allowed sportsbooks allowed to not release information? (Problem with YouWager)

I am trying to get my hand history for all play on the casino. I am down bigtime at the casino and would like to analyze my logs.

It definitely is a questionable policy. They can take your $$ but can't show you how you lost it?

sounds like bs to me, they have those logs and do not want you to see them, could pick patterns in there dodgy software
