They already told you what's going on, they're performing some sort of site maintenance/update, so the site has been up and down. Relax, eventually they'll be back up and running smoothly.

I understand people are jumpy in the current environment, but sites have periodically gone down for maintenance or technical issues since the beginning of the industry. I don't think anyone should be too worried when something like this occurs with such a safe book.
