The problem is likely because you saved your login--like I do. Type your info in manually instead and it should work.

I tried to type it in and also cleared cache. Still not working.

You'll need to call in then or use live chat. When WC switched to the new software, my saved login no longer worked, so I've been typing my info in every time. Doing this, I was just in my account 5 minutes ago. GL.
