    DSI Stole My Money
My last bet placed on DSI was the whole account (about 2000) on the UNDER for game 7 of the NHL finals. It won. After placing it, I checked pending wagers it was under 5. I checked the night after it won balance was at about 3000. Due to personal reasons, and betdsi having bad lines for baseball, I didn't place anymore bets. Now I log on 3 weeks of inactivity the balance is ZERO. I called and they said my bet was Canucks ML. Which is bullshit because they already paid me for the UNDER. I checked and double checked pending. Balance was 3000 something. I don't know why they would do this change my wager to reflect this, but they told me to call a supervisor in the morning. Total BS. I though DSI was a good book. Apparently not.

I did this over the internet so there is no recording. Sounds like my money is gonna be gone. Anyone have any advise. I know file a dispute through SBR but at this point it looks like a my word against their. Any advise?

-2500 says you were mistaken and placed the bets on Vancouver accidentally.

I did not place the wrong side. If I did I would have did this the next day why wait 3 weeks. I checked pending and I checked my BALANCE at the end of nite. 2000 is 5% of my bankroll. Nonetheless it's money owed. Screenshot??? I know now, but that would mean I need screen shots on every play. Plus it paid already.

DSI have a strong rep, the burden of proof in this will fall on you, and it seems you don't have any.

There was no way an UNDER 5 line for that game would be anywhere close to -200, which leave a large hole in the initial description of the issue.

I have done that before, bet the wrong option. Last time I did it, I won - and I would have lost if I bet what I wanted.

DSI is a solid book. Been using them for years and had no problems.
