Bookmaker / DSI reduce amount of free payouts

Bookmaker & DSI have reduced their free payouts for diamond members from weekly to bi-weekly. Apparently because they removed a certain free withdrawal method, losing processors which were causing the major payout delays. As a diamond member, I haven't been offered any compensation for this inconvenience as of yet.

Yes....In my humble opinion, compensation is in order..... Two free payouts a month have been taken away which diamond customers like myself were accustomed to. These free weekly payouts were one of the factors that played a part in my decision to sign up with Bookmaker/DSI.

Things change, processors come and go, books have the right to change policies as necessary.

If you can't handle this sort of thing, you probably shouldn't use offshores in the current environment.

That sounds to me to be way better than any other US serving book.

Surely you can organise your affairs so that a withdrawal once a fortnight is adequate ?

Not to mention that since he still gets betpoints it's unlikely he needs to withdraw 4X/month anyway.

Those of us with a clue have been cut off from betpoints a long time ago and recently lost the only withdrawal method that was free b/c of processor issues. I now get zero free withdrawals per month, but you won't see me whining about it. In the current environment for US residents, sh!t happens. You either deal with it or quit using that shop.

Pinnacle is free for one withdrawal per month.
Very few of the US serving books offer free withdrawals.
I think Betjam does and Greek does if you've had action in each of the previous 4 weeks.
All UK and Aussie books offer free withdrawals to the best of my knowledge.
I too use Moneybookers for my USD accounts and it costs nothing to deposit or withdraw.

5Dimes, Sportsbook.com group, BetOnline, Heritage all offer one free payout per month (low limits with the exception of SB, but at least they're free).

For me, it's absolutely imperative that the shop I use offers a free payout. Not because I'm stingy but just the principle of it. Why pay a fee to get my money back? I understand that it may cost the book a few pennies to process a payout but IMO they should chock that up to operating costs. A very small percentage of players at a given sportsbook even make a withdrawal at all. I just don't see the point of paying a fee to cash out funds that you deposited.

Imperative for me as well, as it's against my principles to pay for deposits or withdrawals. I never have, never will. Sure, books have a right to change their procedures as they see fit. Just as I have a right to voice my displeasure about it & take my business elsewhere if I see fit.

I redeemed bet points for cash many times from both DSI & Bookmaker, over $10,000 worth. They never removed my diamond status nor confiscated bet points, as I'm sure they know I would most definitely take my business elsewhere if that ever happened.

Maybe that's why they didn't confiscate your bet points.Bookmaker one of the two preferred books my fave NFL teaser tout usually quotes lines from & i love their 8% daily rebate on racebook exotic wagers.Unfortunately the Dept. of Justice crackdown has made me wary of keeping too much money at a book that had their domain shut down.May be truly wise to start transferring or cashing out some of your funds soon since Bookmaker is going to get a nice influx of funds for king FB shortly.Once FB season is over wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see serious problems for those seeking to cash out since the DOJ crackdown had to have cost BM seven or eight figures in losses that they probably won't be able to recoup

Numerous non-Asian handicap overseas soccer matches have strict $250 limits(even after they adjust the line).Bookmaker was TOO SCARED to post CBKB over/under numbers on ALL games until the tourneys this past year(probably after suffering STEEP losses from Right Angle Sports clients & followers the past few years).WIMPY management DIDN'T HAVE THE BALLS to follow TheGreek's lead of switching from a 20 cent line down to a 10 cent line this MLB season.Throw in the domain shutdown by the DOJ & the writing is easily on the wall

I'm not concerned about Bookmakers soccer limits, soccer takes a back seat here in the USA. I'm not concerned about Bookmakers 20 cent baseball line, as I play their sister site DSI's 10 cent line. As far as the domain shutdown, they didn't miss a beat & it was business as usual unlike other books (BetEd). Bookmaker has no balls? They allow you to bet 50k on the Superbowl. Despite the reduction in free payouts which I'm not happy about, Bookmaker is still one of the best books for Americans.
