yeah avoid them, these ppl are assholes. i didnt even say anything negative or abusive, i was trying to ask them to change my address b/c i recently moved. after they asked for my account info they told me they couldn't service my state (my old state), and they hung up on me in the chat 3 straight times! after that i wanted to cuss them out but it then said that chat was unavailable! alls i was trying to do was see if they would service me (now being in louisiana)...but i guess im glad that happened b/c they probably woulda screwed me over somehow
