Today during commercial break I make a live tennis bet 500USD on sportbetting on Djokovic wins -250. At the same second I place a bet I see live prices in 4 sportbooks: Bet365 price was -240, gamebookers price was -265, will hill price was -250, sportingbet price was -245. After my bet was accepted by sportsbetting at price -250, during the rest of game price become many times more good then -250. When price become -200 I try bet 500USD more but it was not accepted, I get massage that limit is 500USD. If they cancel bet during the game for me was possible place the same bet with more good price. After game finish my bet was graded as no action. I contact live chat asking why they refund my wager. I still in shock by answer I get: price was not correct. I ask them give me correct price, anser – have no idea, correct price not important and goodby. And how customer service can tell to customer when it try speak with manager- “he is not going to be as nice as I was Malik”. I place a bet on correct price and want get my money 200USD!
