    Betonline Book To Book Transfer
    Hey Guys

Asked customer service for a transfer of $500 to 5dimes from BetOnline. They tell me to email payouts, they can't do it anymore through live chat.. I did this Thursday night... again i get live chat on Friday night and they say it will be taken care of Saturday morning.. ok it is now Saturday night.. no email.. no transfer.. has anyone else had experience with book to book transfer recently with betonline??

Book-to-book transfers are completed within a maximum of 24 hours, however we strive to complete the transfer within just a few hours. The maximum payout per day is $8,000, the maximum payout per week is $8,000. Fees apply for this service. Contact Live Help for more information on participating sportsbooks.

Yeah this is true u need 2 withdraws to unlock B2B. Your $ is safe with them i got my first payout from them this week, u definately want to stay with this book as they have great lines.

I had several horrid CS experiences with them so far.
Live chat with certain books actually works. You are chatting with someone involved with the company.
The live chat with BOL was a bad joke. No clue after going in circles endlessly.
I like the site and the poker, but this CS crap really sucks.
And these where not jerking questions I had. There were misprints on the tickets, and big issues with the interface.
They just kept me waiting and waiting then answered twice with left field statements, no clue- no care- no help.

Ask for Lars when discussing financial stuff. The clerks I've talked to seem smarter and better educated than at most books. B2B transfers are fast, but checks by mail have been slow with them. I was told they had a little identity crisis and change of direction when they realized that reduced juice and big bonuses don't mix. Not a bad thing for the long run.

I did not have two successfull withdraws before b2b transfer was allowed for me

I have deposited at BOL using book transfer once before. I wonder if this allows me to withdraw by this method? Never done a withdrawal with them before though.

Like many post up books, Betonline seems to feel that post up money belongs to them. They make it as difficult as possible to withdraw. Its a bullshit attitude, and it hurts everyone who makes a living gambling. If you post up, do it at betmaker or greek, where they will treat your money as yours.
