If it takes longer than a couple days and they can't offer you an alternative method of payment, then its a slow pay

Realistically it should NEVER take more than a week, but I agree that if you go in to a book that advertises up to 3 weeks etc. you can't really complain.

I would totally agree with this, if the book advertise that for some method it can take 3-5 days and it takes that long, nothing you can complain about, another story is if they advertise that the payment will be in 1day or less and they takes longer.

this is a very fair statement.. u basically get what u pay for.. read the rules and things before signing up.. most books clearly give a window of 10-15 business days on their pages to cover there ass.. if ur not willing to wait 15 biz which could be 25 regular days then u shouldnt play at any books besides betjamaica or one of the 24-48hr guys.

with this being said I think a respectable time for a payout is 1 week or less.. anything above that (i dont consider stiffing/slow paying) but its below industry standards and u should be playing elsewhere if u need quicker payouts

so if a book has in small letters on there cashier page that all payout can take 25-30 business days, you would not count this as a slow pay. in my opinion 20+days to receive a check is a slow pay regardless of what it says on the website.

howeverif a book put in big letters on there homepage that it takes a month for withdrawls then i would have 0 complaint with taking that long (even though this is still a slow pay).

You're asking me if the font size of their withdrawal policies changes my answer? As long as it's listed in a reasonable spot (i.e. the cashier or rules page) and I can read it without a magnifying glass then I stand by my original answer.

2 different things but both are unacceptable no reason for a book to intentionally wait to send a check until 2 days prior to their max timeframe it is proven by many books that a fedex check can be delivered within 5 business days.

I have received checks from BetJamaica, 5dimes, Betonline, and carib all within the last 2 months and all have been delivered via fedex and all except for Betonline have been received in 3 days, BOL 3 weeks plus.

If BOL met their time frame, which you could/should have read about before you signed up, you have nothing to complain about. You may not find 15 business days acceptable and use that as a criteria for not choosing to use a book, perfectly understandable, but if they tell you that's the time frame ahead of time, it's on you, not them.

If a book exceeds their promised time frame, they're obviously in the wrong.

As far as getting more upset when a book with a longer time frame is late than when a book with a shorter time frame does the same, while I understand the psychological and practical factors on the player's side, there really isn't much of a difference IMO. Again, it's your choice whether or not to play with a book that clearly states they have a long payout time frame.
