Have played with them for over 2 years off and on. Money has always been paid on time. Never a problem. Never had a problem with their customer service. Requested a 10000 wire got it in 3 days.

betpop/youwager are as solid as they come.... only thing i do not like is they do not offer as many wagering options as say 5dimes or betislands. that being said i am funded there and will always use them as an out.Comment -

I will vouch for First Fidelity (BetPOP, YouWager, several others). They are 1) annoying as **** with phone calls, 2) annoying as **** with mailings, 3) annoying as **** with CC documentation ....they wanted an image of a $25 gift card I used 8 months ago before they could process a payout....
BUT
Every time I have asked for a payout it has been ready the next day. I don't have to worry about my $ at FF.Comment -

payouts are great, but there are a few books that are great with payouts that will never telemarket you, and these idiot motherfockers will call you at work, will leave messages with your spouse. Then they apologize and say it wont happen again, but if you go a month or two without giving them action, the calls will start all over again! The calls are more than I can stand. I'd recommed to anyone who hasn't already signed up there: Stay far away!!!!!Comment -

I'd say the hit and run ratio compared to the bigger rooms is very favorable for us little guys (I play everyday on stars and have stopped giving HU action to players from certain countries it's so bad).Originally posted by firedawg
