I have been around some books before but this book sucks. the customer service is awful. they could care a less if you have a problem.

Dont let there cs discourage u as i know what u mean, there realibility to pay everytime and all of the betting option far out way the cs. Trust me u wanna stay with them.

It seems that way too many gamblers are worried about whether customer service will hold their hand while cooing and clucking at the correct times. 5dimes has just about the best lines out there, especially for Americans, and pays out fast with no worries about the safety of your funds. If you have a problem customer service will take care of it at 5dimes just as at any other book. There are a lot of idiots in our gambling community, and I have seen a lot of cheats and shot takers along with just ordinary customers give customer service a hard time when their is no fault on the part of customer service. Yes, other books may have friendlier sounding clerks. Is that really more important than low juice, safety of funds, and the best variety of betting options?

I agree the most overated brand in the biz. I never had an exceptional experience with them but i never had the pleasure of being lambasted by that tony character i keep hearing about

they do have terrible cs. Tuesday they double charged my fees for a payout. It took 20 mins to get it resolved, but atleast I know my money is safe there.
