Dodging the bullet

I was just reading a post where bigboydan used this phrase in reference to books restricting your account if you start shooting them down at the top odds etc...

Does anyone have any advice, tips or tricks on how one can 'dodge the bullet' for as long as possible with some of these weaker Euro style books?

Also, who gets your vote for the book that is quickest to restrict your account? So far, mine goes to 10Bet.

Look forward to hearing some input from anyone else on this subject.

Securing top odds is obviously gambling 101 if you hope to be successful.

I believe my colleague Justin7 could better answer this question in a little more detailed. However, It's not easy trying to stay under the radar while playing at certain books sir. It's always best to not bet "the max" and mix it up a bit to keep them guessing on what exactly type of player you are.
