I need help choosing a book
I've been going crazy the past few days trying to find a book. They all usually have some fatal flaw that prevents me from using them. I have a couple conditions I need filled by the book:
    -US customers taken-
-I am 20 years old, every so often I find a book that requires you to be 21
    -Parlay betting on MMA/UFC
    - Deposit money via US **** DC or something that isn't a complete hassle. Just about every website requires you to go through something else. But that other website usually has difficult requirements to fund and withdraw from your account. "$20.00 handling fee + service fee charged by ______ will be deducted from the withdrawal amount." or needing a utility bill for confirmation. Are there any books that only require verification in the form of a drivers license and scanning the front and back of your card? There was one I used before on a different site that had that, but I am too embarrassed to mention the name.

In short: I only plan on betting on MMA. I need parlays. I need to easily deposit and withdraw from my account. I don't want to use third party websites. Any help? I did a lot of lurking on these forums lately and everyone seems so helpful.

5 Dimes has the betting options you want with age 18 requirement. Might be worth using their live chat to get all your questions answered. GL

I agree with H.H. 5dimes is the way to go.

      Reduced juice,lots of betting options.

Just stay out of the casino.

5dimes will have the best MMA options hands down. u can even parlay MMA with baseball, golf, academy awards, or whatever ur heart desires

should be 18 for age requirement i think

do not require utility bill to my knowledge, only scanned license and card used to deposit (front and back) and signed CC authorization form (easy)

even tho they lost their m@$terc@rd processor not long ago, they still take a lot of V!sa cards, prolly more than most other sites

            EDIT**
I have read other posts on here saying something about new customers not having the CC option to deposit. Hope thats not the case for ya. GL. O and if they do let u and ur bank dbt card gets declined, just go to walgreens and get a G!ft 2 G0 gift card (dont get the V@nill@ v!sa, it doesnt work!!)

I just tried 5Dimes and they only offer CC deposits if you have a deposited with a card before. So that means no G!ft 2 G0 cards either. Every site seems to have complicated depositing options.

another option u could try for 5dimes is to call them or go on the live chat and ask them for the w3st3rn un!on or $gr@m details (name, where to send, etc) and u could try going to the W-U or M-G websites and using your CC on there.

theres a $100 minimum to send and if you send 250 or more 5dimes covers the transfer fee. otherwise to send 100 its like 12 bucks which really sucks. try that.

** has some crappy withdrawal and deposit options too. $20 withdrawal fee, need a utility bill. Plus in order to deposit funds, they need to verify my account by calling my house, which I currently am not able to do. I'm just going to keep searching and trying different options. Anyone know if G!ft 2 G0 V!s@ cards work with Bodog?

I am in similar circumstances as yourself. I have used 5Dimes and I have never had a problem with them. I always deposit via M0ney gram and never have any problems just set up a mon gram account online and you can send in minutes. I use my DC and never have any problems.

the only gift card i've had success with is the g!ft2g0 V!sa. theyre only found at walgreens and a lot of times u gotta really dig on the shelves b/c they are almost always out of stock. and usually they only have the 50 or 100 so u gotta work with that

i bought a vanilla one for like 250 and it was the biggest pain in the ass as it wouldnt even let me use it tvg.com which is 100% legal horse racing site. and of course i couldnt use it at ANY sportsbook.

just make sure u read the small print on the package carefully so that it doesnt say "only valid for U.S. purchases"

ThaWoj is right, I have had problems with some Vanillas ****/mastercards also, the problem are not the vanillas prepaids, but the most important thing is the card isnt saying "only valid for US" or something like that, if the card says that dont buy it, it wont work since most of the books are out of USA.

I was living in Canada for a while and the vanillas there doesnt say any of that and I had some pretty good success with the cards there.
