Ok, about a year ago my bank decided to change my CC no.
Last month I decided that I wanted to withdraw some money from my Ladbrokes account (cvnts will only lay me 1 Euro bets, so what is the point of leaving 9000 Euros in there?), so I email them that I want to change my CC no. They then reply that I need to withdraw my moiney first to the old CC, as my old CC is still active in their system. I then told them that the old no. is no longer valid. They ask me to call them. So I call them and explain my situation. They ask me to email them a scan of the old+new CC and a my ID. After that AGAIN I get a reply that my old CC no. is still active. I call them AGAIN and tell them AGAIN that the bank has changed the no., so now a guy on the phone tries to use my new no. and it turns out that my bank has blocked gambling transactions on the new card, so I ask them for a bank transfer. No replies for TWO WEEKS. Fine this is all "normal" (for books that need to pay you). Then finally I get an email asking for a copy of my bank statement. I email them back with a scan and ask for a small amount to be transferred to my bank account.
Guess what? I get this email:
Now I want my full balance. Lets see how long this will take.
