i only have 160 punds in my william hills account
thought they would pay up however they asked the id thing passport and statement,
sent that and recieved reply your account is now updated ! however still no withdrawl.
called them up they said we need photo captured image not scanned image ?
so took with cam on cellphone
they said it need all courners.
took photo with all corners they said it need closer, clearer.

the problem is when i make close up clear photo it dosent have all corners
when i make all corners it too far away and not good enough for them? even though in my opinion it is good enough and very readable.

i ask for example of what they are asking but they cannot provide .

has anyone solved a problem such as this? and how?

by the way it is free bet winnings i wondered if that makes a difference ?
i think winning on a free bet and then withdrawing it will anger the bookie ?

No problems for me. Make sure you're using a hi res option on your camera (not just the camera on your cell phone).

ah ok been using cell phone . i think the tactic will be to bet it . if it becomes 300+ will invest in high res camera .
