#36I hated to see what happened to Beted players--they certainly didn't deserve it, especially you. Played at BetEd a few years ago, and actually liked this Book. I left only because I was limited to $10 bets after my first withdrawal. Definitely a raw deal.Comment -

#39This thread is just a duplicate of "sharp"cat's thread from yesterday.
That one was moved to "Player's Talk" or maybe deleted by now, so he's started the same basic thread with a different title.
This thread should also be moved.Comment -

#41The funny thing is i always very iffy about this book. But somehow they got my email addy and kept sending me offers (like 10-20% bonuses). I always declined because of their sbr rating and some of the horror stories. Well, when i got the 100% offer I figured it was worth the risk of sending 250. Turned the 500 into 1500 and then they close up. Just my luck. It looks like there may be a bailout about to happen though. Keep your fingers crossed. Best of luck!!Originally posted by HedgeHogI hated to see what happened to Beted players--they certainly didn't deserve it, especially you. #47we need focus here sharpcat, you're getting distracted and stretched a bit thin jumping on random posters in a thread that you MADE, you should be concentrating all your current venom on cory, he would be the only target here who likely have a weaker position than you.Comment -

he just graduated from college a year ago so he is still in that "I am the smartest man in the world" stage. Unfortunately no one respects him as a smart man most just think of him as a smart ass.

"sharp"cat is still in that "I am the smartest man in the world" stage.

Scooter:
How can you consistently post so much yet know so little?
And don't you hype yourself as a Legal Assistant/Clerk or somesuch?
I know that your statement above is 100% wrong simply by having read a brochure long ago about Small Claims Court.
You know less than the average person about most things you pontificate on.
read a brochure
Raiders:
Dumbass -This isn't small claims.
Where do you think the case would be heard? If you fly down to CR and sign a contract do you think it can be heard in a US court?
Paddy may be right about online law and acceptance.
Also as far as Costa Rica they have no governing body for sportsbook disputes. It's self governing. If the contract were considered to be made in CR, cory is out of luck.Comment -

#53So UPS should face federal drug trafficking charges because they failed to catch a package that contained crack? even though the federal government lets tons of this stuff slip through the border every day?Originally posted by sq764why are the go-betweens totally innocent here? this is like someone sending crack to another person via ups and ups not being liable at all..
M$G sends money to a random receiver located in a gaming country they can not possibly refuse to process transfers to select countries just because of soe crap US law. M$G will eventually stop allowing the player to send funds to known gaming companies after they have spotted a pattern relating to gaming (I know because I have been told this first hand by W$U and have heard of M$G doing the same). Until M$G has strong reason to believe that the two parties are transferring funds for gambling purposes they can not do anything.
M$G transferred funds to Don Juan Ego in Costa Rica and now Cory1111 is blaming them for easystreet refusing to pay him. M$G does not even know who easystreet is.Comment -
