ez street doesnt pay on thier promos

i got offered a free 100 to try them out i didnt read the terms and conditions but i asked the cs rep on chat what the rollover was on the promo and she told me 12x but now they say i have to deposit real money wtf is that here is a transcript of the chat

They are not at all sorry for the misunderstanding. Allthough a 100% bonus with a 12*rollover isnt bad, if it was at a good book, they should really use different words in their promo, instead of making it sound like people are getting something for nothing.

the original poster obviously misunderstood th promo.. i think hundreds/thousands of people did this promo and didnt have trouble READING the rules.. instead he logged into chat and said.. hey whats my rollover on this 100$ cash deal.. the chat agent replied 12X roll.. probably assuming he meant after he deposited... in any case, a chat agent making a mistake or a misconception to a player is rarely if ever gonna hold up ... 9 times out of 10 the books clearly redirect the player to there Posted rules/promotion details, and that is what is gonna hold up.. not some misunderstanding player who thinks he got 100$ cash free from a book. lol only place that does that is oddsmaker and its because they dont send out payouts anyway.. hoping u lose and then deposit/ thank them for the free 100$ of fake money

Im not sure about xstud but i do believe that HH has been paid a few times by EZ because he was posting before he got paid wondering if he was going to have a problem.

Having said that, i think that the only way EZ will pay you with no problems is if you take $850/week which makes it easier on them...sort of like the sportsbook theory of pay the smaller winner and steal from the large. I also think HH knows he might be in trouble if he ever ran his balance up to 15k-20k and wanted to withdraw it in a lump some. Thats when the mysterious t&c's will come in and they'll fabricate a reason you cheated.

So much misinformation.

$850 is the MAX FREE payout. It is set at $850 to fly under the processor radar (so the 850 is really a XX number, and not an EZ number). If you want a larger payout you can get that, you will simply pay a fee like you do at the majority of books.
