Still Waiting for $2500.00 Bookmaker

On Fri May 20 I requested an *************** of $2500 to be taken from my account. On bookmaker's website it says it should take between 7-15 business days. So on the 15th business day,Thur June 9, I called and spoke to a rep who informed me that the processor they were using for ***************'s is no longer available. He then asks me if I want a money gram or **. My reply was to send it by **. The rep said it would be done in 24 hrs. So 24 hrs later I called the same rep and asked where is my money? His reply was I forgot. I told him this is not acceptable. He then says to me that he guarantees the money for this weekend. I call him again and someone else answers and says he will not be in till Monday.

Any suggestions on how I can solve this issue would be appreciated

I would login to BM. Go to live chat. When the CS rep comes on, ask to be transferred to payouts. When you get a payout rep online, advise for them to look at your account. I assume the other rep put the money back into your account. Advise you want to confirm that a ** will be sent asap. Bad timing on the weekend, you may have to wait till Monday to get the ** transfer number.

I had the almost exact timing and issue as you did. I rec'd the free ** transfer number in 36hrs and got cash from ** location with no issues.

It appears all the books might have processor issues to work out between now and football. I have never been concerned about ultimatley getting a payout from BM or 5Dimes. I will now assume that payouts will take 30days one way or another for the rest of the summer.
