Europe it is still a good place to gamble , legal and safe for now
As for the US better days will come - a lot of money to be made via internet gambling

In the old Europe the single states want to control the gambling market and the big revenue from taxes.
In France and Italy e.g. you can bet only with national authorized books, where for EVERY SINGLE BET you pay 10c of taxes !!!!
so, an even bet, usually have quote -115 ~ -120.
