I got freeplay bonus in BetCris. It was 30% bonus freeplay up to 65 euros with 7 times deposit rollover. So, the maximum qualified deposit is 216.67 euros. But I've deposited bigger: 600 euros and got 65 freeplay. I think, it's logical that before withdrawal I need to wager 7*217=1519 euros to complete the rollover requirement. But Betcris support insist that I need to wager full of my deposit 7 times. (600*7=4200 euros). It's silly, but I can't convince them. Can SBR help me?
