Rob, probably just a mistake as he was probably calling West Coast/Mountain clients and didn't notice you are in the Eastern Time Zone which is 2 hours later that Costa Rica.

I don't want to say it was an honest mistake, just incompentance. It suprised me, it wasn't like some guy in a mask jump out of my closet and branded me in the ass with a hot poker. I wasn't appaled, but never got a call this late. Time zones aren't that difficult math wise.

doubtful, obv they weight the money more than their rep, so i don't think it's likely they'll be burning it. the bumped threads were not meant for you (you're just an uninterested external observer right?), they were to warn any potential unwary customers, but i'll be happy to do it for you since you're a nice guy.

Shark79, I'm not giving hell for cold calls. Some cold calls are worth it sometimes. It was just the time. Is there one book out there who's sales manager would allow cold calls at 10 whatever I said? Prob not.
