They are almost never errors and they do not want you to report them.

Start a new thread with your bad line, and hopefully others will contribute other bad lines to it.

no standard, typically a vig free bet is what most will offer, up to your avg wager amt

I usually get $50 free play at Rebate Wager. Other just give me a "thank you".

There is no standard. Each book has its own response, and even the same book may treat separate occurrences differently.

It's rare, but it does happen. As LT noted, usually just a thanks and have a good day.....
