The score after the first quarter of the bulls/heat was 25/21. I have Over 45. The BetJamaica system records it as a loss. I place a call to customer service and the woman is telling me the score is 20-16?

This is why its a must to always doublecheck the scores. Everyone has had wagers graded incorrectly at all the books from time to time. Of course I've never had a wager incorrectly graded as a win though.Comment -
I've only had one grading issue with Jamaica and it was corrected very quickly. Always best to be patient and give the books a little time before completely panicking.....Comment -

absolutely crazy the posters who slam/slander books on here before they give book a chance to correct. I blame some of this on Mods. A goofy thread like this should be hidden and a pm sent to Op saying this "We have hidden your thread until you have a chance to contact the book in question. THEN, if you still have not been taken care of, we will put the thread back up!"Comment -

It is amazing though how many players come here to ask a question or check on something when clicking that cute little "Live Chat" link would have helped them so much faster.
He contacted support but no reason to freak out at a book like BJam. Of course it would be fixed as you could show them the box score on ESPN.
