i'm not using it anymore, but i think PartyBets offered this. not parlay, but one bet with combined selection as you describe above.

No book I'm aware of offers this. As lukahh said, some euro bookmakers offer it as a prop bet, but juice is usually high so you're way better off if you bet on both outcomes separately.
