Vanilla ****

guys im sure ive screwed up getting this vanilla **** card, but it was the only one they had at cvs and i didnt see any reason why it wouldnt work. well, after trying it on 5dimes and getting declined, i realized on the small print of the card that its only good for transactions in the U.S.

on a side note, i tried to order dominos with the card and it also got declined. i registered my zipcode on the **** website (zip is the only info u can register) and checked the balance and it showed the correct available balance. however in doing some research, i've seen other users say that you have to wait 24 hours after activating it to be able to use it. so maybe thats the case.

my question is this: what is my best plan or option now to get money into 5dimes? timing is sort of an issue as i really dont want to purchase a different gift card online and wait a week for it to come in the mail. so should i try to go to a different store (aka walgreens) and buy a new card with my vanilla gift card? can i do a w.u. or m.g. online with this van **** card? either way i get screwed with fees. this vanilla card sucks ass.

i'm already pissed because i was gonna hit the blue jays run line hard and i was gonna have $20 to win on shackleford in the preakness, and an "all" in the last leg of the 50 cent pick 3. woulda made some nice scores today.

Guy, if the 5 slimes uses a offshore processor it won't work. There is a special vv card that works internationally. VV about 7 years ago had a glitch in their system that let you use their gift card multiple times. You could get a $100 gist card and reuse it 3 times.

You have to look real careful usually there are like 90% U.S. Only vv but there is always a small amount of international ones at cvs.

do u guys know if i can go to walgreens and use this vanilla v!sa card (it does say "V!sa debit on the front) and buy the g2go card which i've heard works? i tried calling a few walgreens and the managers said either cash or debit/credit but no gift cards to buy other cards....idk if thats right or wrong tho cuz like i said this vanilla crap does say 'debit v!sa' on it

I know I get 25/50/100 vanilla mastercards all the time and use them on bet365. I also tried once on sports interaction and it worked. When you first buy the card and get it swiped it takes 30 minutes after to be activated. Make sure you sign up at www.vanillamastercard.com with the zip code/postal code.

+ vanilla ********** should be for international use so it should work at 5dimes.

unfortunatley 5dimes doesnt have a m@stercard processor anymore, only V.!.S.A

and this card doesnt work outside the U.S. i just tried using it on the W-e-s-t-e-r-n U-n-i-o-n website and it got declined

i need to find someway to use this crap card to buy something else to use for 5dimes otherwise i'll have to try ordering a gift card online and wait the 7 days or whatever to get it in the mail.

if anyone can tell me a way to get ~50 to ~100 dollars off this card and be able to deposit into 5dimes today, they will get my 12 points for tomorrow.

keep in mind, i already tried using it on w.e.s.t.e.r.n. union online - declined - and i called 3 different walgreens and each said you cant buy a gift card with a gift card. also i do not want to buy a new card online and wait a week to get it in the mail (if my vanilla would even work to do that). i've already sent out for the Gr33n Dot V!sa, and i read in other threads the temp virtual card they give u only works within the U.S. as well, so i didnt even bother to fund it.

theres gotta be some way of moving or manuvering around this shit

If you ever have this problem it is an easy but a small cost fix.

you have to pay a fee when you load your card but you can use ANY prepaid card to fund your ******* account. it is about 3 bux i think. I havent used it for a while. It is also instant.

It is a virtual CC that ALL processors take and they take any gift card. it is kind of cool as you get a CC number right on line that can be used anywhere

** is much tougher than its alternative in this. The problem with vanilla is that it is only for USA customers. Best bet is to find someone who you absolutely trust to do a trade on 5dimes in exchange for the card....

this might work, but what happens if i win and go to request a withdrawal from 5dimes and they want scanned or faxed copies of the card(s) used make deposits? and they will ask for this no matter what before letting you cashout.

5dimes only has a V!sa processor as they had lost their M/C processor a few weeks ago

look online(g o o g l e) for other virtual ************. There are other sites like E C O that should have ****.

For withdraw you just copy your page and attach it and send it to the verification team at 5dimes

they are well aware of these options

right and i did that. the prob is because every single one of those virtual card sites are not based in the U.S. (eco, E.n.t.r.o.p.a.y., etc) this stupid vanilla v!sa will not work

You might be able to use it at Bookmaker by either 1. Buying a **** Gift card through their site with your card (Not sure if that's an American company), or 2. Buying a ************* Express Card then transferring that money to Bookmaker (Again, not sure it's an american company). I think one of those has a good chance of working.

thx betmaster. i was really hopin to use 5d tho. but im thinkin bookmakers stuff is all gonna be international anyways.

im gona try and hit up the local albertsons and see maybe if i buy like a birthday/hallmark card for a dollar and pay for that and a different V!sa gift card at the register at the same time, maybe i'll be able to use the vanilla card to pay for the purchase if the cashier aint payin attention.

not sure if its a store policy or if the card will automatically get declined when i swipe it at the terminal

Just use W-U or M-G, it's always the fastest way to deposit without card options

ok. just went to albertsons, picked up a meta-bank V!sa that has NO disclaimer about prohibiting international use (tho it does say 'NO GAMBLING' but thats what they all say ). i bought a hallmark card with it, tho probably not necessary, bought at least the cashier wouldnt get suspicious that way. she told me the total, i swiped my vanilla in the terminal...bam! approved.

looks like im in business, $8 more in fees spent.

btw i went to walgreens last night to get the $100 G2G but they were all sold out and only had 1 $50 card and it finally worked.

just use p2p and take the 5min. to go there and send it..that way when u withdrawl u wont have to go throught the verification crap...so much easier that way
