other books pay me in 2-3 days with the same method. i cannot post the method or even hint at it because my thread would get deleted again. i wish i could re-up there but i hate withdrawing from them.

For all the criticism and hate posts 5 Dimes gets around here, this kind of thing NEVER happens with them.

the sad thing is, this withdrawl is within the time frame listed on their website of "15 busniess days". although about 6 months ago i had 1 of these withdrawls that never showed up so it would be nice to know if there is another problem here.

5dimes/legends/greek/jamacia all took about 3 days with this method over the last month for me. its frustrating.

They're very slow. I'm on 12 business days and counting. I thought they said 10 business days (2 weeks); 15 business days is three weeks. I would have just transferred the money to another book, but they took most of those options away, and/or put low limits on them. They really started to get manipulative with their payout options and amounts, so I'm done there. Once they start cutting off options you never know where it stops. I did ok at the book, but leave with a bad taste in my mouth. I think they went in a different direction after football, and this is no longer the book from even six months ago.

its a shame. i just lost my remaining balance in their yesterday and was about to do a book to book transfer into there. but now im thinking, why should I? whats in it for me? , ridiculous b2b transfer fees and 15 business days ( i hope! im on about 13 days) for payouts, im having 2nd thoughts.

also, no more loyalty program doesn't help soften the blow.

overall, at this point it is 20X easier/cheaper for me to get funds into BetOnline then it is for me to get them out. im not saying this is a red flag , it is just annoying as hell.

As of now, their only withdrawal method that makes any economic sense is a $2,500 check withdrawal with a $50 fee. Pretty steep.

I have not made a withdrawal from Betonline in awhile. I thought they offer one free payout per month, including the check method. Is that still available?

I have been in the 15-20 day boat with Betonline. The don't didn't do Book to Book when I was with them. Getting away from them was the best thing to ever happen to me.

There check payouts are via reg mail and do take forever to process....once you get the check look at the issues date it will be like 2 weeks after you made the withdrawal. Once there 3rd party processor cuts the check only takes 2-4 days to get..the problem is they take forever to process them...

Wow all my replies have been deleted in this thread...I will have to be more careful not to talk about a specfic processing method. Since black friday, if you are in the USA...encountering problems within the next two months of said event can be expected. Even if the process method itself was not hit driectly, responsible companies still have to make adjustments to make sure their customers funds are safe.

I would show the books that have had good history before a little grace during May and June......

I feel Betonline has had a recent good history in payouts and their customer service MANAGERS are very helpful. Lars is also...the rest who knows but there are some people there that are on the ball

Have you received payouts from several shops including BOL since black friday?

I have and nothing has changed. 3 day deliveries from other A/B rated books, same old 13 business day payouts from BOL.

I have received payouts from Betonline but they were more electronic in nature....

Compared to the clusterfux of Full tilt poker and over a month no pay well....

I know I'm frustrated, especially since I have additional funds sitting in the book. The process of getting all my cash out might take a month at this rate. Although there is nothing to technically complain about because we are both well within their time frame.
Maybe we should just face the idea that the online gaming industry is sinking faster than the Titanic for U.S Customers and just be thrilled when we get paid at all. It's not entirely the books fault though, they have to jump thru hoops in order to pay us.

while the gaming industry may sink for US customers, it has not yet at the A books i use. they continue to pay out to me at the same speed they always have. and the slow paying ( via a method i will not name out of fear for my thread being deleted again) at betonline is not too new either. they just changed it from an unacceptable 10 business days to an even more unacceptable 15 business days. i dont see why black friday would effect betonline and betonline only.

im not telling people not to play there. im just saying that i dont think i will play their until they have a faster option (i dont count there book to book transfers cause they charge a minimum of $100 for these).

i wish the customer service would have more info about my payout in the 19 days it took. i am told its coming regular mail, while it came by courier. no tracking number is provided also, having a tracking number would help soften the blow of the wait time. that way i would know its on the way. also, they told me it would come in 2 separate installments while it came in 1 lump sum. just seems to be a little disorganization with what gos on with my payouts from them.

What date was check cut on? Was it Canadian check payable in US dollars?

Hey Bubba, happy you recieved your funds... I'd rather not say which book becasue they have been pretty good to me. If you look at my past posts, I'm sure you could figure it out.
