BetOnline has this thing called multiplayer blackjack where you can enter tournaments/sit and goes against other players. Anyways i've played this thing 100's of times and today I tried to sit down in a $22 sit and go and when I clicked the seat it said this seat is occupied. Ok so I click out. I check my account balance, $22 is mysteriously gone? I talk to the account manager/pit boss, he says it's my responsibilty to be there in time. WTF??? It was physically impossible to play as I was never sat down at the table. It said seat was occupied. He says everything is fine on there end. Fix your f'ing software betonline. I'm done playing there unless they fix this. After spending thousands with them and playing this thing 100 of times, they think I would lie about $22? How can they not check their game history to see $22 was taken from my account and I never got a seat?

I would definitely contact Alex and tell him about your experience. I also see why the casino manager acted the way he acted (stupid I know) but the prize money is pooled together in those tournaments right? I also believe it involves players from other sites similar to a poker network so they don't want to be on the hook for $22.00. If you talk to Alex I am sure he will find a way to take care of you and he is a man who can get things done.Comment -
I haven't personally played multi-player blackjack at BetOnline, but I'm fairly certain that they use the same software — and the same network — as similar sites like 5Dimes, etc. I've seen numerous people complain to 5Dimes in the past about getting logged off or having hands interrupted.
I highly doubt that BetOnline operates the multi-player blackjack, meaning they really have no control over the game. 5Dimes doesn't have control over their multi-player blackjack game, either.
It sucks, but I doubt you'll get much help, unless Alex comes into this thread. Always make sure your Internet connection is super-fast and reliable when playing those things. It's very easy to disconnected.Comment -

Betonline is now giving me the run around about casino loss bonuses. In the past 3 days I am down over $370 and haven't been paid a dime from the supposed 10% loss rebate. I know i'm in the program because i've gotten them before. Betonline claims i'm only down $24? WTF, clearly show here in my history. in the casino clearly shown here:

Haven't had a problem with them up untill now. Idk wtf is going on with them, but it's getting ridiculous. I've spent thousands with them and to be given the run around on something like this (when i'm right) which is honestly peanuts is insane. I put an email into Alex, I will see what he says.Comment -
