One of my buddies sent me an email. He owed someone money and they knew he had a 5dimes account. I guess they went on 5dimes asked to talk to a manager and of course got Tony. He told Tony my buddies account username, said he owed him a couple hundred dollars....Supposedly after a couple lines back and forth Tony then proceeded to give the guy my buddies info including, email address, home address, and phone number.

WOW! I guess this is why they are unlicensed

First it was EZStreet where we got to see 10 new threads every day about them acting in sorry ways against cory1111 and his robot.

Now today I wake up and see a thread about someone using a robot (ALLEGEDLY) at 5Dimes and 5Dimes refusing to pay them. Now we get that thread and this wierd one. We desperately need the mods to clean this crap up. I don't want to see new 5Dimes threads about them being garbage or cheating players or whatever just to try and run a PR campaign like cory and friends tried to run on EZStreet. Don't get me wrong I am not arguing for EZ but they are a D book and he shouldn't have been there in the first place.

I find it shocking 5Dimes would give out player information unless that guy screwed 5Dimes at which point I have no room for scumbags. They should post the names of cheaters and scamming players all over! They ruin offshore gaming for the rest of us and require us good players to jump through hoops to get withdrawals.

The book doesn't ask for your ID and a copy of your CC (front and back) for any reason other than to minimize chargebacks and prevent CC fraud. It has nothing to do with the US government. It had to do with the fact that every jackass that lost was calling their CC company and saying they didn't authorize the charge. And the other jackasses were using other people's CC's and trying to get withdrawals. Back before this became a policy there were books losing 25% of their revenue to chargebacks. I don't think that is just a "few."

I dont know if above is true or not, but what I see a big security flaw on 5 dimes is that they always ask you for your user number and password on chat... very funny.. in such case every Jane, Jessica or Rebeca who is on summer part time job on their chat center got full logins of hundereds or thousands of users and who will tell you what happends next with that? What if jessica or rebeca after they left 5 dimes then massively abuse such details? Also if you connect it with 5 dimes is not asking you for any government issued IDs etc... So they have logins, they will login instead of you, send money whoever knows where and that is it... You don't have the give your password on 5Dimes chat. When I say I won't give it, they don't ask for it again. Many books do this, however, and they are wrong to do so. The quick way to get around it is to ask them to call you during the chat, or call them, so you can give the password over the phone.

I agree but not the point. Why are we now getting bombed with 5Dimes "sucks" or "issues" threads the same day we have another player using a robot? I agree Easy Street is garbage which is why I said cory1111 gets no sympathy by betting there. I agree 5Dimes is a solid book. We wont see the same numerous threads about 5dimes that we saw with EZstreet. If SBR rules that 5dimes should pay the player, they will pay the player. Thats the difference between an A+ book (5dimes) and a D- book (EZstreet).
