Ouch, they emailed me about a 50% bonus. When I called BEFORE sending any money they said no 50%. I forwarded the email and nothing but crickets from them. Something is wrong over there. They had been good for years.

Yes I do. I have been with them since 94. They always told me they dont need sbr to get customers then low and behold they advertised on sbr now they cant afford it.

I also have a friend who requested a payout last week. Still waiting.

I signed up for youwager years ago after tailgating at a universoty of MD football game. They had hot college girls walking around giving out youwager shirts, poker chips, decks of cards, biz cards ect. I clearly remember the girl who came up to us she was a hot ass asian chick who was drinking as she went around signingpeople up on a list with name, phone number, email, DOB etc.. By the time she got to us she was a little loose and me and a buddy were joking around with her and making her laugh. She ended up finishing passing shit out and came back and drank with us. She was hanging all over me and ended up taking her shirt off and rubbing up on me, she was wearing a bra and some real short khaki booty shorts on. I was positive I would be taking her back with me for some fun and then..... She freaking pukes all over the dam place including on my shoes. Needless to say I was pissed and drank my ass into oblivion afterwards and passed out missing the entire game which we had tickets to. I will always remember youwager because of this day.

Over 15 years, everything great, never a complaint ever. They were my top 3.

Just don't get why they send me an email confirming 50% free play with ** deposit info.

Then right before sending my money I call to confirm this only to hear they can't offer it.

Either way I emailed the person back and stated honor your promotion or our long relationship is over.

They obviously accepted my resignation rather than honor their word.

I don't need there late lines or phone calls. No worries.

ive been one of their biggest supporters in the past, but I absolutely hate their new casino, hate the late lines, and actually got a marketing call at work from them the other day. I told the telemarketer that i had promised years ago never to ever deposit again if they ever called and bothered me again. YW rep had the nerve to answer back, "i'm not bothering you." I responded with some universal language that crossed the language barrier very nicely. I also told YW rep that Heritage now has dime line in bases to -190 and they don't ever call me, so i really don't need you guys anymore.

CS. I apreciate your concern, and you certainly don't work for a bad book. I have had more payouts with less hassle from youwager than any other book i have used over the years. And I have always told anyone who would lesson that youwager/betpop was a better book than many of the A+ books at payoffs and deposit ease. However, You have to be the at least the the 10th person with your company to promise i would never be called again. Until a couple of weeks ago, I actually thought the last time yall had called 3 or 4 years ago and left a message with my wife(which was really stupid) and i had a subsequent meltdown with Nate that the problem was taken care of for good. now, I'm just keeping the promise I gave your company years ago. I WILL NEVER DEPOSIT WITH YOUWAGER OR BETPOP AGAIN!!! Thanks for offering to help.

I actually had spoken to them this weekend and they are going to honor their promotion they offered me now.

We are also working on something else for my visit during sbr bash. My old count Rep I had for years took care of things.
