I use them almost exclusively now even though I shop for a bonus or two elsewhere. They are almost always good to me. They have problems from time to time like every other book but as a whole they do a good job. I tried to deposit with them yesterday several times and just kept sitting on hold listening to their elevator music advertisement so I had to finally send my funds elsewhere so I didnt miss my action. I'm not sure what the point of this thread is. We all make mistakes, and without a screenshot, you can't prove what you bet, so there's no reason for anyone to stop betting with BetOnline.

Screenshots are good practice, and particularly useful in this type of scenario.

There software allows you to see your past bets for a long time back in the accounts section. I have a feeling that you placed bets incorrectly. This is something I have done in the past. Put a check in the reverse run line instead of moneyline, for instance.

Betonline has always treated me fairly.

With any wagers now, I turn on the screen video recording software...I record it and have it stored in case there is any problem. In this age of cheap computer memory and storage.....its a no brainer

Betonline is not bad except they have very slow payout on checks and their software don't work on some browsers

I like betonline. They take responsiblity for their mistakes rather than blaming the customer. And they will take responsibility if they have a software error. Send them the screen shots, and they will fix the problem.
